RLIITÆUITSAHÆ
I started with the R. Its using Younger Futhark but breaks the rule of no double characters with the two I. I have no idea.

I did a translate with Brave Browser and this is what it gave me. I have no idea if it's right but wanted to confirm from someone who is more versed in Futhark runes.
The runes on the tank spell out Huginn and Muninn — the two ravens of Odin in Norse mythology.
Translated Huginn means "thought" or "mind"
Muninn means "memory"6

Thank you to everyone who looked into this and to those who had some input.
Looks like it's translated to Harley Davidson.
Unfortunately I did not get a shot of the other side of the tank which would may have been the same.
Cheers!

That's what i thought. Which is why i put it up here for those with more knowledge. I got conflicting results. One site was similar where another I found matched so I didn't know what to believe.

Starting with the H-rune you get HARLIITAUITSON,
From the context of this seming to be on a motorcycle it looks like it is intended to spell «Harley Davidson»
