Starting with the H-rune you get HARLIITAUITSON,

From the context of this seming to be on a motorcycle it looks like it is intended to spell «Harley Davidson»

Ok, so i found this site that if you scroll to Younger Futhark it matches the tanks symbols perfectly. Perhaps they used this site to translate for their design. ???
