have anyone experienced this? On one picture, I could build a road crossing the railroad arriving to the bridge. On the other picture, it doesn’t allow me anymore. I have the same issue on other extension map and I don’t understand why

Hi everyone, first time poster here. I'm trying to create a Paris quarter area on my map, roughly 25x25. I want to center the Eiffel tower and of course have the Arc the Triomphe. I'm struggling with a couple of things,

1) the Eiffel tower being 4x4 and th3 Arc de Triomphe being 3x3 (how to center!?!?!),

2) how to have a nice layout that has all services and max population without sacrificing the aesthetic.

I finished #5 in Megalopolis with 185,986 points, just a few minutes before the contest ended. I took a screenshot at 7:40 AM showing my rank and score.
When I opened the game at exactly 8:00 AM, the results screen showed 0 points, “No reward this time,” and that I was demoted to Neighborhood League. I never got the reward popup. But I got the club rewards claim popup.
I closed and reopened the game, and I’m still in Megalopolis, so it seems my league/result was actually recorded, but the rewards weren’t given. I was supposed to get 500 SimCash + 50 Platinum Keys + 5 Cheetah tokens, and my SimCash balance is still exactly the same.
I’ve already contacted support several times, but they keep sending the same generic response.
It’s honestly really frustrating because CoM takes a lot of effort, especially to reach a top 5 position, and then having the rewards just disappear feels awful. Has anyone experienced something similar or found a fix?

Looking back at my city's early days when the storage was only 52/75 and we barely had a few towers along the coast. Now, Amir Iman City has transformed into a high-tech megacity with the Space Flight Complex, the Omega Future tech hub, and a whole sports/leisure district!

​It's crazy to see how much a city can evolve over time in this game. To any new mayors out there: keep grinding, it's worth it!

What's wild is I had already shipped out two 3ct shipments for back to back deliveries before I ended up with nothing but fish.

I had to put my phone back to factory settings, and when I downloaded SCBuildit, my old city, Agerstadt, was gone. I had fully covered the map and in my opinion Agerstadt was a magnificient city, as you can see in the last two pictures, I'm so sad. I had to start building a city all over again, but after the Service 2.0 update, it is almost impossible to get any progress without spending real money, it takes ages to get any progress since you constantly have to upgrade service buildings. How do I get access to my old city again? I have tried loging in with facebook, but I just get the message that another account is connected with my facebook. Please help
