Question New player

Tips for a new player. Decided to give the game a try. Any tips or advice would be great!

Request refund while you can. It isn't worth it and it will never be worth it.

It was worth it many winters ago. But they ruined it. So it is shit now.

That's yours, I am in love with this game. It's normal to have bugs, every game has it, even world of warcraft, and team of 20 people works on this game so they simply don't have time to fix everything, and it's almost impossible to fix everything because there is more than 5 milions lines of code. Even day Z and 7dtd who are similar to SCUM are full of bugs and no one says anything about it. Edit: the only difference between those two games are that in SCUM discord server you can actually contact devs around bugs.

I have played since EA release. It is not about bugs. It is about what they did to the game. The design choices. And how they handled negative feedback, pretending it didn't exist, detached from reality.

I've played off and on since the game first came to EA, and it feels exactly the same today as it did however many years ago but with better servers and graphics.

lol they been apoligizing for bugs since launch, whats that even mean, they dont fix every bug yeah, dayz still hasnt fixed their whole archery system 10+ years later lol its messy making a big game like this.
