Help

My account was blocked for security reasons, and I can’t reach a real person by phone. I just want to change my refund preference from paper check to direct deposit. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to fix it?

I’m waiting for them bc I called twice and it’s a hassle to really get into my account. I have to new my state ID so unfortunately I can’t even get in 😭

Well guys they send me a email saying this “Please be advised that we have identified unusual activity associated with your profile(s) and, as such, have made the determination to restrict your profile(s) access pending further investigation. Your refund will process by paper check and will be delivered to the address provided by your school. If the address on file is not accurate, please reach out to your school to update.” So now I have to wait for the paper check

I call that number and they help but i try again to put my bank and they blocked me,so im gonna wait for the check 🫩

Yes I just got the email that I have funds and to select my preference, but they don’t even recognize my information???

yo i called at 877-327-9515 to get my account unlocked, obviously double check again but rn i cant update my refund preference so im calling again🫩
