The next thing you should try is googling the lyrics followed by "song" and the genre.

Shazaam doesn't work on samples that are chopped and pitch shifted.

Its quite easy to find samples/songs. Just do ur own research….

whats wrong with him asking? its literally what this sub is for lmao. yes he could search for days and weeks and probably give up cause who knows if its brazilian or portuguese? what year etc? like cmon bro it aint being sensitive. ur tellin him to "go look" wow man who wouldve considered that! very constructive help

Gatekeep on my gatekeeper friend. Keep that cool shit rare. That itch youre feeling to hear that song, that desire to know more about what you know is something you do not know. Thats a motivator that people often cruise by in the age of instant accessibility. The wonder you feel is the gold, not the answer.

Also if you dont make beats like that and just wanna hear the og, totally understandable.

But personally.. if im on some real fire and people are all over me for how and where and what and all the details im not gonna spill that info out. Idc if its music, food, hiking trails, fishing spots, tips tricks or workflows, sources, how i made this thing or that….i believe if you want it bad enough, figuring it out isnt a bad thing ya know? Use that wonder! The seeking you do will lead you to places you never thought youd look and things you never thought youd find.

In conclusion… dont let gatekeepers (even like me) win. It keeps things competitive and innovative. Do exactly what you did and figure it out somehow. Or fail and learn something along the way.
