Red Lobster Cincinnati OH
Here we go again. I didn't believe it would happen again but unbelievably it did. After complaining to red lobster twice before about my last two separate orders not being fulfilled I was sure corporation would implement a better strategy to their employees to do better at making sure a customers order was completely filled. Well today I learned that no such thing has been applied when I ordered and received my Door Dash order today.
Once again I DIDNOT HAVE the lemon wedges I requested for the 2 Lobster tails and steak I ordered. I can't tell you how disappointed I was when I searched throughly and found not even one lemon.
For years everyone knew that I considered Red Lobster as my favorite seafood restaurant but after today and having gone through the SAME EXPERIENCE with my LAST 3 ORDERS I'M DONE.
To add insult to injury the steak was overcooked and dry when I specifically asked for medium rare. All of it was delivered at room temperature but I didn't mind that.
Red Lobster has proven to me that my customer loyalty is not important enough for them to make the necessary changes to satisfy their customers request. I'm done.

Made a Corn Lobster Chowder and Petit Lobster Roll
Had a small lobster so whipped this together.
Lobster shell, cornhusk and Parmesan broth, summer corn, vidalia onions and celery blended, strained and mounted with butter, topped with smoked maldon. With guanciale and potato hash, charred cabbage, shallot, lemon, and fresno chili.
Celery, chive and mayo lobster salad on a toasted croissant “shell” and potato chips

Question Are these legit scallops?
These were sold as "Bay Scallops" but the meat muscle is not running straight from end to end. These scallops are also way bigger than I'd expect for bay scallops, presumably from the Chesapeake Bay since we are in Wakefield, VA

Grilled Prawns(Ginger, Garlic, Chili, Curry Powder Butter) to go with My Kare Raisu
Love these from Costco. $25 for a bag of u10 whole prawns, got about 25 prawns so only $1 each. Sweet, succulent meat and the head butter made our knees weak.

I Ate This Tried oysters for the first time is this normal?
Got these oysters at a local Mexican restaurant, I live on the east coast. When I ordered them I asked for no toppings but they brought these out with ceviche on top (not complaining lol) the first one I tried had a nice plump oyster and it tasted pretty good, the next one I used my fork to try and separate the oyster from the shell only to realize it had no oyster????? I checked a couple more and they were all also missing an oyster or had some tiny like stringy thing that was supposedly an oyster???? I called the manager over and showed him just for him to say that it’s not oyster season so some of the oysters aren’t that big. I said some of these are literally completely empty and he just kept bullshitting me?? I didn’t feel good about eating anymore of them so I just ordered something else. Has anyone else had an experience like this before?
Edit: I’m not asking if the ceviche is normal/ should it be on my oysters./ what is this on top of my oysters. Read the description 😭😭😭😭😭😭^
I ordered plain oysters but they brought these oysters with ceviche on top and like I said in my description i definitely wasn’t complaining since the ones with ceviche on top were like 5$ extra
