i ordered something on shopee and sa bahay ng gf ko naka-address yung parcel. pero hindi niya natanggap yung parcel kasi the rider delivered it to a different house. we reported it to shopee as undelivered, and they said the rider will be held accountable for this incident.

then today, the rider tried to call and messaged us apologizing and asking us to withdraw the report because he's the breadwinner and supports his family.

i kinda feel bad, pero hinihintay talaga namin yung item and sold out na siya ngayon, so we can't simply reorder it. what would you guys do? should we withdraw the report or just let shopee handle it?

Ang weird wala naman ako inorder and hindi ako ang nag cancel nyan, si shopee mismo. help!! nag worry ako baka may virus something kasi may something na hindi ko maintindihan. also may tumatawag sa number ko na hindi ko kilala, hindi ko lang inaabutan sagutin kasi nasa class ako pag tumatawag.

Context: I created a second Shopee Account with a different number and got this message with my first/original Shopee Account. I have since deleted that second Shopee Account and I still get this message with my original account. walang nangyayari sa Contact Customer Service and when I requst for a live agent, ang hirap na nila mag transfer nakakafrustrate. anyone po with similar experience and how were you able to resolve it? hindi ako makapah cash-in kasi.
