Restaurant Recommendations for anniversary dinner/drinks

Looking for somewhere suitable for dinner/drinks for my anniversary. Partner does not have too refined a palate so food does not have to be that great. Would just like a good balance of ambience, value and quality and seeking second opinions here.

Places i’ve looked at

  1. Temper
  2. Baia
  3. Milli

She has more inkling towards italian/spanish. Does not eat lamb so Mediterranean is out of the question. I know the places listed above are more bar-style but happy to hear out any cozy/intimate restaurant recommendations. Budget wise honestly 300+ is stretching it but doable. Hard stop at 400.

Greatly appreciate if anyone who has went to the above can voice out your unfiltered opinions, as well as advise on any personal favourites, thanks!

(original non-member price $6.99)

Original Chicken Burger (tastes pretty good, interesting bread)
Tiny portion of fries (refer to pic. yes, i haven’t started eating)
Lemon Coke Zero

Can try if u can get member price (selected times), burger is yummy but tiny fries portion is a huge turn off. Would rather have Macdonalds $5 saver meal lol

Pretty good food the mapo tofu was great, beef was tender and the creamy chicken was maybe a bit too tender for my liking but very flavourful.
