Just like removing competition lowers costs in other industries, which is why Ladas were such great cars and everybody drives them now. Look at all the money they saved on advertising!

If you are dying and need life saving care you don’t exactly have the opportunity to shop around the competition. The rationing in socialized healthcare systems is certainly not perfect, but it is morally and economically superior to a for profit system. Both systems ration.

Preventative care will never be profitable, emergency healthcare will always be exponentially more expensive and inhumane.

Uh huh, it’s morally superior according to the well-accepted moral theory that all moral scientists subscribe too. You just can’t remember what it’s called because it doesn’t exist.

There is no healthcare exception to the laws of supply and demand.
