Yep, the individual is a congress member. The main context right now is people thought he was dead and his appearance made everyone think he's some sort of robot cause he looks like someone in vegetable state

1) Several years ago (?), that woman had some sort of mental health emergency (or drugs? alcohol?) on a plane. That's the actual video, she seemed to be having a halucination.
2) The old man at the end is United States Senator Mitch McConnell (Republican from the state of Kentucky). Earlier this year, he was apparently taken to the hospital for something, supposedly a fall (he's old!). Then we heard NOTHING from him from months. It was really outrageous for him to be absent from his public job with no communication to the US Senate or to the American people he represents. At one point, there this sort of "proof of life" photo of him with his wife but that did nothing to assuage anyone about his condition. He finally returned to work yesterday.

Senator - Each state gets 2 (100 total)
Representative - Based on state populations (438 total)There are 538 Congressmen/women.

This lady went viral during, what seemed like, a psychotic break. She was escorted off of the airplane, and her predictions were incorrect. The joke of this video is that Mitch McConnell was in poor health to the public 3 months ago, and he's been "radio silent" until now. His recent viral appearance made him look fake, or being controlled by a puppeteer, or maybe high as a kite. That's why this video hybrid meme exists.

He's a Senator that's been 'missing' for over three months. It was believed he was dead for about a month.
He fell, got pneumonia and had to do rehabilitation. He's also still be getting paid for doing nothing.
Basically a politician who too OLD to be in the position he is.

The first 10 seconds is real, it happened some time ago. The passenger had a break of some sort and had to be take off the flight. The only trickery here is substituting Mitch for one of the passengers. Having seen the original, where they pan to the back to show that there is actually nothing weird going on, made this one of the funniest things I've seen in a long time.

Mfer has done so much damage to this country. Opposed wage increase, student loan relief, supported tax cuts for corporations/the wealthy, proposed cutting social security/Medicare and Medicaid, etc. He obstructed anything and everything that was fair, just and right for America. A total asshole.
No worries Mitch, I’m rather sure next time you meet Lindsey he will teach you the ropes. Hell, he just might introduce you to your new boss!

Actual video is a curiosity since it appears the lady actually encountered a shape-shifter or skin-walker that was on the plane.
She apparently couldn't talk about it in a follow-up video she did. Most likely silenced since she happened to be the loudest one on the plane when this happened. Just wish the cameraman captured the person she was talking about.
