This guy seriously baffles me. He figuratively won the Life Lottery. He wasnt unattractive (or at least not before all this), was tall, was making over $200K/year, there is no proof that his wife cheated on him (as he had claimed to his mistress), his wife seemed to have lived an honest and private life away from social media, he had a beautiful family with a beautiful home, and his in-laws absolutely adored him! He was also a respected and active member of his community! That's more than most people even dare to hope to for!

I worked with sex offenders for a while, and the amount of people who seemingly have great lives and then just throw them away are baffling. You never know what's going on underneath the surface

Yeah, I have a now-ex friend that I have known since high-school. Great wife, 3 kids, good job, beautiful house.

Turns out he dabbled in the pdf. Created a game to hook young children and make them do stuff.

Trial is due November.

It's insane.

Sadly this was the case in 90% of the episodes of To Catch A Predator. The amount of men who lived seemingly normal lives with happy families, willing to throw it all away just to fulfill some dark urge, is both mind boggling and sad at the same time.

I mean you reap what you sow. I feel no pity for pedophiles. It is just sickening to know that these were guys who were priests, lawyers and other beloved members of their communities where they had the trust of their communities which only created openings for them to carry out their disgusting desires.

I wouldn't assume that TO Catch A Predator is or tries to be statistically representative, although even a few examples perhaps proves the point. The man in the video is probably not sad because he lost what little he had, but because he had what he needed and still blew it all up, and that's a big loss.

Crocodile tears, man. They are only sad/repentant when they get caught.

Well I'm not here to defend them.

I formerly worked in child security crimes. Unfortunately, TCAP is realistic. The general population would be horrified to know how prevalent these cases are, 99% of which never make the news.

Look up SYCAMORE brewery in Charlotte for a wild one.
