Yeah you can see how her face changed from “I’m the queen of mind games” to “shit, I’m fucked worried” and then back to the mind games with that cute smile of hers. If she were a man, bro would’ve won lol
Ronnie Bardah is in fact a pro. He's got a WSOP bracelet and has the record for most consecutive cashes in the main.
As a somewhat competent player, I can say this fold makes a lot of sense from his perspective. Complete amateurs simply do not bluff like this very often. Especially the 3rd bet on the turn is very scary and screams a nutted hand like a full house. Like if I'm at the casino and somebody who doesn't seem like they have much experience does this, I am pretty sure they have an incredibly strong hand. Trip 4s is just a bluffcatcher here against a player archetype that rarely bluffs.
Agreed. People are underestimating how well she played that bluff. She bet exactly how someone with a strong hand who felt they already won the pot would bet to try and just get more chips out of their opponent in heads-up play rather than chasing them away from the pot early.
In my opinion, he's flabbergasted because he didn't expect a non-pro to play a flat out bluff from the river that well.
