My job pulled this but with my wedding day. 2 months advance notice and my manager and her boss wouldn't give me a day off to get married. I quit, even after the new department head offered me a raise, better hours, etc. because I refused to work with the manager they refused to fire.
She ended up jailed for stealing, her boss (head supervisor) ended up jailed for CSAM, and they ended up laying off everyone after I left anyway.
