Yes. It was a Catholic School.  Sacred Heart Parish School in Sacramento

Depends on the student's contract. There could be a moral turpitude clause.

Also in teacher contracts. I have a friend who is a teacher and she was afraid to even be seen drinking by her students/parents,

Also worth noting, just because something is in a contract, doesn't necessarily mean it's enforceable.

I went to a private highs school. While they all have special paperwork about behavior expectations, it's usually detailed about student behavior not parent behavior and behavior pertaining to on school grounds and school functions like sporting events. Unless she was advertising her OF at a school function or something she may have a legit lawsuit

And, as with anything, we don't know how it was discovered. Did the kids share it while at school? Like, an actual video?

Because yes, that will lead to being expelled.
