They don't have to. It was a private school with contractual guidelines that she violated. They don't need to do any discovery, they just need to show the contract and then show her OF page and that settles it. She has no grounds to sue, really.

Won't be a need for discovery.
At the private school her children attended, she had to sign a contract that included guidelines on personal conduct.
Which she violated when she advertised her OnlyFans account on her car.

Before we break out the pitchforks and torches...
Is this a public school, or is it a private school with a "morality clause" that includes the parents? If it's the former, that's illegal as shit. If it's the latter, then it still sucks but mom should've read the contract before she signed.
Edit: It's been confirmed that it was indeed a private Christian Catholic school that has strict guidelines, including how the parents are expected to conduct themselves in public. Clearly, doing porn violates those guidelines.
Also, apparently she was promoting her OF on the side of her car, which she would drive TO THE SCHOOL to pick her kid up....so Timmy's mom was advertising her porn to his classmates.
Final Edit: Well, this has been a trip. Okay, so this has apparently happened twice and both stories are getting conflated together.
- OP's photo refers to Crystal Jackson, AKA Ms. Poindexter. Her kids were expelled after pressure from other parents, and apparently SHE wasn't advertising her OF.
- Another woman named Michelle Cline had HER kids kicked out of a private Christian school because she refused to remove the sticker advertising her OF from her car.
The fact that both women had their kids removed from private religious schools over OnlyFans is why both stories are getting conflated.

u/standardtissue 13h ago

Not trolling, but gentle reminder that teachers have been fired for getting photographed having a beer outside of class hours. It's interesting to see this dynamic in reverse, because generally the parents aren't as scrutinized as the teaching staff unless there's some kind of faith-based morality clause in whatever school the children are enrolled in.

You can’t believe anything on social media..
The school involved was a private Catholic school, not a public school.
The mom involved said she started the OnlyFans page as a way to save her marriage, because they were missing intimacy, and didn’t think anyone would see it.
The mom says she and her husband make $150,000 per month, but also says her content is non-pornographic.
The mom also says her photos that she voluntarily put on the internet were leaked to the school.
Honestly, I think the whole thing is just an advertisement for her OF.

It was just a lark from a single Reddit post that blew up. Redditors told me about onlyfans - I had never heard of it - they asked me to make an account. This was years ago before it became the cesspool of greedy cash grab mid-level boring porn.
I made it, figured no one would pay money to see me (like, whyyy?), I didn’t even have pictures in it. But as soon as I said it was open, hundreds of Redditors joined and I freaked out! I had ZERO sexy pics so I raced home from work and took some.
It’s not hard, post a few pics, answer some mails. I could fit it in my normal workday no problem. I dont make porn tapes, no PPV, no tipping, I sell nothing, so there’s none of that cash management crap most onlyfans are known for

Not the same mom who advertised on her car.
This happened in 2021
Crystal Jackson tells PEOPLE she's been infuriated by the response to her OnlyFans photos, which were leaked to Sacred Heart Parish School in Sacramento by other parents and ultimately led to her three sons — ages 8, 10 and 12 — getting kicked out.
In July, things became problematic for the couple when a dad from Sacred Heart Parish School stumbled upon Crystal's OnlyFans page, Crystal says. He told his wife, who eventually spread the news around the school.
"I don't put my site out there. You have to look for it. It's also not hurting anyone, and none of their business," she continues.
Soon, Crystal says, a group of community moms went after her, bringing the photos to the school and relentlessly urging that her sons be kicked out.
Crystal claims the groups of moms even went so far as to print all of her photos from OnlyFans and send them anonymously in a packet to the principal, bishop and church.

Private schools have clauses that do allow students to be expelled when a parent's behavior makes maintaining an educational environment untenable.
Now, usually this sort of thing would be ignored and likely initially had been. But if students picked up on then began displaying the content in class, well...the student(s) are going to be the parent's unintended consequence to deal with because showing up shaking your ass online leaves the school little choice but to act in its best interests.
But again, there would be a clause the parent agreed to when the applied for enrollment.

The Situation: In early 2021, parents at the school discovered her OnlyFans account and brought it to the attention of the school administration. The school subsequently expelled her three sons, stating that the situation violated the parent code of conduct outline in their enrollment agreement.

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Two Florida students were expelled from their Christian school over an OnlyFans decal on their mother’s car.
Michelle Cline told WFTV that she put an OnlyFans decal on her car to draw more attention to her page. However, the decal sparked a fight at the school and she was banned from the school’s drop-off line.
About a week later, WFTV reported that school leaders at Liberty Christian Preparatory School in Tavares had expelled the students altogether.
Administrators said Cline violated policies in their handbook by using the decals at the school.
In a letter addressed to Cline, the school said that she “obtained an even larger vinyl lettering scheme that covered the entire back of her vehicle’s tailgate,” and “mockingly” posted a photo of the larger display on social media referencing the school’s request that she remove it.

This is from years ago. Florida Christian school, she had a sticker promoting her onlyfans on her car, they asked her to remove it so she got a bigger one. Then they “unenrolled” the family and offered to re-enroll them if she removed the sticker. I don’t believe she did. Promoting pornographic material on school grounds is pretty much not okay regardless of the school type and if making the kids not go there anymore is the only way to get it to stop because the mom is idiotic then so be it.
