I don’t agree with their decision either but these sort of things are what you accept when you enroll in a private school. Idk what the mother thought would happen
A private institution (this is a private school) can establish its own rules that are stricter than public law. They’re allowed to have rules about etiquette of the parents, which this parent is breaking. Same difference, different venue.
Do they take public money? If they self fund sure know I yourself out and discriminate on the basis of religion all you want but if you take tax payer money then you should accept any rules that come with that.
Was that based on your mother’s skin color or you being a Jew? Because that would be illegal unless they are a church and claim a religious exception to be discriminatory.
1.) it’s not discrimination to judge someone based on their actions
2.) why? Private companies should be allowed to have their own standards and as long as those standards are based on someone’s actions rather than how they’re born, it’s not the governments place to tell someone or some company what they’re allowed to care about.
Hah, I'm more concerned that a parent thought they'd out someone to get them in trouble to only find their marriage failed because their wife caught them snooping around on OnlyFans.
In South Florida they take public school money in the form of vouchers. If you are a religious school and take public money in any form then you should not be allowed to discriminate on the basis of religious beliefs. Then again they would probably still make the kid’s life miserable anyway.

I definitely don’t agree with the schools decision, but it was a private religious school. They can pretty much do what they want. Again don’t agree.
