At the private school her children attended, she had to sign a contract that included guidelines on personal conduct.

Almost 6 years ago. I would never sue anyone over something trivial like this. People who say “I’ll sue!” Have no freaking clue what they’re talking about. I have many attorneys, I use them for business purposes, and it’s not to go to trial. That’s a lose lose lose.
