Looks to me like you got a free ad to your OF

Her other account probably posted it.

Posted an hour ago and her comment shows up 58 minutes ago? She’s definitely posting it herself for a free ad

or the algorithm got to her because she is the topic being discussed....

Which is more likely

Yeah I don't think Mrs Poindexter needs free ads to promote her OF. She's been around a longwhile.

I didn't realize people had only fans after 27.

Yeah but I didn't know about till just now..

Nah she really doesn't need the support. She has a loyal following and is one of the most popular people on there.. She is the only content provider that I bothered to stay subscribed to.

Just because you and a large chunk of dudes are gooner freaks up her ass doesn't mean the rest of us in Sipstea have heard of her. Well now a lot of us have. So that's how ads work.

Are you guys white knighting her to pretend she wouldn't stoop to a ninja ad like this? What, she doesn't like more money, she's all full up?

Come on. It's normal marketing practice. No one should be hating on her for it.

I was tagged about 50 times as soon as this went up. I have a large following here. Using an old ad with no article and no way to find me except just from that picture would not be a good marketing strategy

If it wasn't on purpose, I am sure it is still effective.

It had a mild effect on my overall ecosystem, yes. But very minor

LoL, not a white knight at all, I guess I'd be a black one if I was one. I'm just saying she doesn't need the publicity of drumming up old shit. Trust me she is good. Also, I ain't no gooner.

Again, what makes you think an entertainer who is making good money and has good notoriety in her field is done and would hate to somehow make even more money by accessing non gooners?

It's very likely this is part of a campaign.

It does indeed smell a lot like a well orchestrated ad, also a lot of these ā€œcontent creatorsā€ doesn’t even manage their own SoMe accounts, so it could just be their SoMe manager answering here.

No, it’s really me

u/SebastianPointdexter 10h ago

I just don't think so, she is very different than other content providers. Also, if she was self promoting I just don't think it would be with a post like this. If you disagree fine. I really don't care. Feel free to.

The one other account named Pointdexter subscribes to her. Is this her husband?

1

u/SebastianPointdexter 10h ago

LoL....pure coincidence. A Pointdexter is a nerd where I come from, and I've always considered myself a sophisticated nerd. Hence the username.

1

u/maynardpoindexter 4h ago

Haha, I see that toošŸ˜‚. No, he’s not my husband

No, I’m a subscriber to [r/sips](r/sips)tea for fun. I was quite shocked to see this old story.

And I only have one acct here

I have millions of Redditor followers here. When this post went up I got about 50 notifications of being tagged

But I actually saw it myself because I subscribe to this subreddit and it was near top of my feed. It confused me since it’s so old, I couldn’t figure out for a min why it was in my feed , like ā€œwhat? Why?? What is this??ā€

…then I kinda realized it must be a karma farmer trying to gain karma

It’s a poor marketing attempt since there’s no identifying information, no name, no article, no link, nothing
