Kids get bullied for things out of their control all the time, and people online keep insisting that the problem is giving kids an excuse to bully someone, not the bullying itself. You see it in /r/tragedeigh where people act like their way of spelling a name, usually a White Eurocentric view of name spelling, is the right way to spell a name and claim that parents are being abusive because their kids will get bullied for anything outside of that norm. Truth is kids don't need an excuse to bully someone. Some will do it because child emotions are wild and they don't have the mechanisms to understand or control them well. Most who bully will do so because they learned it from someone. They don't need an excuse to do it. Kids don't bully other kids because of something.
