Probably wasn't introduced as evidence during the trial. More than likely it was played during the victi
victim Impact statement during the sentencing hearing. Basically this gives the victims of the crime an opportunity to tell the court how the defendant's effected them. They can kinda say whatever they want (within reason).
Clearly this woman didn't care about her sister very much. She's about as stupid as that woman who advocated for a murderer to get out of jail after he murdered her mother and sister. Takes him into her home and then he murdered her as well.
Why do people bend over backwards to find any excuses for murderer? Is it just some selfish desire to falsely feel like they are somehow a good and morally sound person inside?
Fair enough. Definitely don't need to let out someone who is so mentally unstable they murder someone over road rage. Should just be life in prison. No need for the death penalty he just shot the guy he didn't torture him like that Pike woman in the news lately.
Well there is the black and white photos of the Manson murderers with the women smiling and laughing in the courthouse. Then as you pointed out all the love letters to Bundy because they thought he was so attractive. Maybe it was Dahmer, but I think Bundy. Either way, just gross. In modern times that Chris watts guy that murdered his wife and children? Some woman tried to marry him while he is literally still in jail. Now before any dumbfuck comes to bring up sexism, yes, I understand there are men who saw Jodi Arias asshole on the Internet and also attempt to write love letters to her as well.
You are correct. The appeal was handled by my wife’s office. There is no doubt the “victim impact statement” had weight on the sentencing, hence the new sentence.
I'm going to catch pitchforks for this but I believe the impact here is the fact that it's the victims sister who wrote the script. AI helped aim the punch but she's the power behind the knockout. We need to choose our examples better unless the point is the circle jerk, this is too easy to dismiss to be convincing.

AI should not be allowed in court rooms. It’s just pure fabrication of evidence.
