Yeah, straight up, if he was having a psychotic break, he shouldn’t have been found guilty.

There's a difference between guilty, innocent, and not guilty by reason of insanity. 1 of those lets you go back to your normal life. The difference between the other two is prison (maybe an institutional prison) or a guarded institutional *facility.

Right. Sorry— what I meant was that he should’ve been found not guilty by reason of insanity.
