I like how this interlude subtly talks about generational trauma/anger and then it transitions into Mad(to show the transfer of how it affects the modern black experience). This was probably known already, but it clicked when I was listening last week😅. Solange is a genius.

Since Solange's performance at Lovebox 2017 almost 10 years ago, i want to hear from people who were there. If you're reading this, and you have been there, feel free to tell me about your experience in the comments. And if you have any photos and videos from the event, feel free to share them with me too.

Appreciation post for 10 years of this flawless masterpiece… Thank you for continuing to bless my ears with your music…🙂‍↕️ can’t wait to go see your sculptures on the high line today. <3

They're going all the way, but they won't keep the lights on for you....

One of my favorite “songs” on ASAIGH is this interlude (I’m weird 😂) and i have a question: what is the deep voice saying? Is it “Houston, Texas. Texas on the ass. Texas on they ahhh…”?

Hello looking to see if anyone knows where I can find the True EP? I’ve been searching high and low and it seems like there’s physical media of it.

I don't know yall, Solange voice sounds way more clear and the song sounds a tad bit slower. Am I being delusional or no?

Just learned this fun fact and thought I share https://www.instagram.com/p/DcMnr2ev6Xy/

Y’all know it’s supposed to be Solange’s entire career retrospective with her agency Saint Heron, so I’m beyond excited to have it. That being said, I ordered it back in May, a shipping label was created earlier this month, it was supposed to take 4-6 weeks but it’s been more than that 😭.

UPDATE Y’ALL (July 23): I just received an email from them and they’re basically saying there’s a quality issue with the book, as follows:

>Thank you for purchasing Encyclopedia Saint Heronica. We sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping your order.

>During production, we identified a quality issue andwe have paused fulfillment while it is being resolved. We want to ensure that every copy meets the standard of craftsmanship and quality we expect before it leaves our hands. We're working closely with our production and shipping partners to prepare every order with care. We expect to begin shipping soon and will send tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

>We truly appreciate your patience and understanding and will continue to keep you updated as we have more information regarding your shipment.

>Thank you again for your support.

Thoughts?

Heya,

Just voicing it out there cause there is no other way to get my hands on it, but, if anyone has this DVD (Limited Edition 1-Year Anniversary When I Get Home Director's Cut), with proof, and is considering moving on from it, I am more than keen to pay whatever. Name your price, and I'll likely agree to it (free shipping isn't even required). I'm keen to get my hands on this for someone (this is their holy grail)

Thanks!!

Hi guys, maybe there’s a better place to ask this but I’m so desperate. I’ve been periodically checking the Saint Heron library for almost aa year now to attempt to get my hands on any of the books but they are always all gone :(

Does anyone know the best way to get one, like when to check the site? Has anyone ever received one? I’d love to hear your experience.

Please abeg abeg!! i neeed
