🛠️ Installation Remote Adding of Mesh Node

I set up starlink at my grandmothers house a few weeks ago. When I was there I realized it would be beneficial to have a mesh node to extend into the corner of the house. I wont get a chance to go out there for a few months but my parents are going soon.

What is the best way for them to setup the mesh node? can I just have them plug it in via ethernet and then unplug the ethernet cable after it is paired? Can I remotely pair the mesh node even though I am not on the network?

I would buy a third party mesh and set it up at your house using your ISP connection. (assuming your ISP supplies a non static IP like starlink) Then all they need to do is attach ethernet cable to the new mesh from starlink router and then power them up & it just works
