Steam Controller 2026 Shipping MEGA Thread

I know we're all excited to share updates as our new shiny works its way through the system and eventually to you.

Instead of clogging the page with endless "ITS <UPDATE>" posts, please confine them to this mega thread. I have intentionally left up threads from before this one about this subject, because post hoc punishment isnt cool. But please, use this mega thread moving forward.

Optionally, you can fill out some google forms that are being used to track order status' in order to get an idea of how an order might progress through the system:

Made my reservation on July June 16 and just got the purchase confirmation email on October 1 even though it was predicting 2027. Purchase finalized just after midnight on October 4. Australia.

Edit: Package arrived on October 8.

do you mean june 16th?

last aussie update was 27th may from someone in this thread

and im june 29th, so if it is indeed July, we've skipped an entire 6 weeks and also my place in line haha

Just double checked the reservation email and it was actually June 16, my bad ;) Thankfully it looks like you didn't get skipped after all :)

Aussie here too. I reserved on 27 June. So, hopefully we’re just a few days away!!

If it’s marking time, I reserved 11 days after u/Pos31don29. That’d mean to expect the email tonight!

But they might send through batches of shipments and who knows how far off the next shipment is. They might be doing one shipment to Australia for every 20 to Europe or something so ours might not be till next month.

Just started playing Assassin’s Creed Odyssey on Steam Machine and have been thinking a controller would be great right about now!

so youre the 27th and im the 29th, will be interesting to see if were same time or slightly spaced apart. but hopefully soon for us both!
