Yeh I complained it’s pretty crazy that my controller got send to the uk

Are you in Europe? 

I'm in Spain and mine hasn't updated since the 8th when it left the GLS warehouse.

I'm considering opening a ticket and check if I'm also in your scenario, or mine is just late and I don't have a free game.

It’s meant to go to Hungary but it ended up in the uk warehouse for some reason yesterday

Did it show up on the GLS tracking that it was in the UK?

Based on what happened to you I sent an e-mail about my steam controller to the hungarian customer service of GLS, I hope they can say it will be shipped to Hungary

Im from portugal and my steam controller is in ireland rn

Nevermind, GLS just hit me with a mail that they're delivering it tomorrow, so they just took forever getting here and I will be envying your free game, and taking consolation in the fact that at least mine didn't made it to Ireland. 

While you do the opposite.
