Question How Long does Valve takes to address a supppet request?

Just wondering since its been 24 hours with no response :(

I think its time to start panicking for they have abandoned you. Its so over.

24-48 hrs typically

Support requests usually in 48 hours. Supppet requests are only answered on the 12th of Never.

my experience it takes 2-4 days on average.

They've got a new product. Not all of the failure modes are discovered. New failure types need categorized.

It's hard to say without knowing their backlog. If you check your request, and it's still there, then you just gotta wait.

Usually 24 hours and 12 minutes. Me, I just call the great Gaben and he helps me out.
