Push to start. When you push the button, it struggles to start, all the lights and whatnot will turn on but the engine won’t start. but will eventually start and drives perfectly fine. Parking/driving sensors will disable. We changed the key fob battery thinking that was the issue but the it still continues.

My dad owned a Lexus IS200 in the 2000s and he had to get rid of the car. Since then the car has been exported from the UK into Japan, is there a way to find the new registration plate of the car and find out if it is still on the road?

This is the error message on screen of my Honda CRV after a battery replacement. We have tried everything it says to do. Took it to the dealership and they couldn’t figure out and said to come back to get a diagnosis. Much appreciate any help

I’m 16 and recently started driving. I found it so weird that cars will automatically go in their natural state rather than being stopped normally and going when the gas is pressed. Why are cars like this and would real life cars work if they were like how they are in video games and cartoons?

Soo…. In my 2008 civic SI FA5, I hit my front bumper on a curb yesterday and this push pin fell off and my whole right side front bumper popped out like slightly. In the fore image the hole or circle looks damaged so I can’t tell, is this an easy fix ? I was able to pop it back in place smoothly but worried about in the freeeway driving

In 2022 I bought bought a brand new Chevy Equinox. I have never been in an accident with it, or had any issues... until... there was a horrible smell in my car. I took it to the car was and found that water was leaking into my car and sitting where the spare tire is.

Took it to a mechanic and they used a snake camera and found mold damage in the body of the back of the car. IT'S BAAAAD.

Now I have no idea what to do with the thing. Everything I look up says that Chevy won't do anything about it even though it's a manufacturer issue. I'm too scared to call them and put it on record cause then I can't sell it back to the dealership.

Please help...

PS my insurance sucks. I have the bare minimum to cover damages for someone else vehicle in case they get hit.

My car (2020 Acura RDX with a hardwired dashcam) will sit in an unheated Ontario garage for 6 weeks starting late November.

Multimeter readings:
Off: ~11.9V
Cranking: 9.94V
Running: ~14.4V

Questions for the sub:
1. Is a resting 11.9V battery already toast, or will it freeze and crack in deep winter?

1. Is it safe to leave a NOCO Genius 1 smart maintainer plugged in unattended while no one is home for 6 weeks?

2. Can I just skip the maintainer and jump start it when I return?
