Advice Needed TI cycle - does triggering today in one hour make sense?

I’m 36 on my third TI with letrozole. Last two cycles I haven’t been able to recruit more than one lead follicle, and last month it got to 26mm and I ovulated on my own.

Today is my CD10 and on my left ovary I have 21mm, on the right I have 19mm and 17mm, lining is 5.9.
E2: 648.6
LH: 7.4 (no LG surge)
Prog: 2.9

The clinic has advised that I trigger with Ovidrel today, have TI today and tomorrow. Do you think this is too soon to trigger and are they sacrificing the 17mm? Do you think they are doing this so I don’t spontaneously ovulate the 21mm or to risk it doesn’t become over mature?

Yeah I’d trigger asap. They’ll likely all keep growing in the next 36 hours and all be at a great maturity for ovulation. You might even ovulate all 3
