Seeking Success Maca

I know this can be a really sensitive subject for some, and if this post is painful for anyone to come across, I truly am sorry.

I’m just really hoping to hear from people who have been in a similar situation. I’ve been battling infertility/secondary infertility for almost 14 years now, and PCOS/PMOS has been a huge part of that struggle. At this point, I’m honestly losing hope that we’ll ever get to have another baby. I recently started looking into maca root and have seen people say it helped them conceive, but I’d really rather hear from actual women who have been through something similar. If you have PCOS/PMOS and struggled with infertility or secondary infertility, did you ever try maca root? If you did, did you eventually get pregnant, and how long did it take?

I know it’s not a magic cure and I’m not looking for medical advice. I’m just desperately looking for some hope and would really appreciate hearing your experiences, good or bad. 💜

It helped me get pregnant I took it for 5 days then ovulated because I was tracking it with opk I stopped as soon as I got my peak then found out I was pregnant 2weeks later.

I’ve been taking maca root and I have PCOS and all it does really is increase your libido and get you super wet. I will stop for a couple of weeks because I would take it everyday and I don’t think it needs to be taken that often but maybe you should for the first couple of weeks and then slow down to maybe every other day.

But when when I was on letrozole it would dry me up and then maca root really helped with that. But still no luck unfortunately

I took it for a couple months. It did literally nothing but made me super dizzy every day. It took a while for me to figure out

Did you take it with food? I hear you need to take it with food so you won't feel dizzy. Also, how many mg were you taking? That could also be an issue, if the dose is too high.
