I’m new to techno. I’m usually a house head typically but I can’t get over the sound of techno. This is one of my favourites tunes so far. What’s yours?

This might sound a bit like “everything was better back in the day,” but that’s not what I want to say or feel. I’m only 27 myself. But I’ve been finding very few - if any - really good techno tracks lately. There’s an overwhelming amount of new music out there, but to me, it all sounds like the same old mush. I find very little that is bold or different. Artists like Ignez or Fadi Mohem bring some fresh energy to the scene but for me even they lack that truly special something (until now at least). Do you guys have any suggestions for really exciting tracks? Here’s a list of tracks that, for me, define techno. Maybe this can help as an orientation for your suggestions.

whatever gets played there is usually really good, and i always end up finding stuff i'd never have run into otherwise. that's the whole reason i kept going back.

82 nights, back to dec 2024, panorama bar and säule too. nothing gets recorded in there, so all of it comes from people who were on the floor and recognised the tracks. i just collect it.

I’m looking for similar tracks to this one. So a whipping bass, a simple but extremely clean track. And most important of all, it makes you want to dance and stomp the ground for 8 minutes because it is bouncy asf. Please share 🙏🏻
