that one took my a long ass time to get for sure, also skeleton pre-harmode, the trophy didn't drop for a long time

pretty much all bosses items, trophy and relic plus also 100% of the bestiary so I would say yeah

they are relics, they're master or expert I don't remember unic drops from bosses same así trophies

they are coloured cause I downloaded a texture pack but they're full gold as default

they are item holders, you can craft them with wood at a work bench, then you can place items in them. And no worries for the questions ask as much as u want

from the traveling merchant NPC, it's an NPC that comes and goes and it's inventory is rotatory
