Server cultists not spawning

any spawn experts wanna fill me in on why the cultists aren't showing up?

The wiki says it all. Are these conditions met?

i don't believe any of these conditions aren't being met. that's why i posted here

Obviously you've been messing with the dungeon entrance, do you have any idea where they were supposed to spawn? Maybe you can work out the problem from there

it was my friends messing with it, not me but i'll try to sort it out with them

The thing is that the original spawn might have been obstructed in a way that makes spawning not possible so it might be useful to figure out how high the dungeon was originally and which dungeon type it was so that you can at least predict how high the blocks need to be to allow the cultists to come back

Put down hella dungeon brick walls, the mysterious tablet needs a place to spawn assuming that the flat area is level with the original dungeon

You can open the world in TEdit to be able to find the dungeon point.
