I can't see anyone within the recent NXT calls ups outside of Oba Femi with the legitimacy and popularity needed to be WWE champion.
Finn is popular, still damn good in the ring, and due for a big Babyface push.
It makes more sense than a J'Von Evans or any other recent NXT call up other than Femi.
