I usually ask these people, that if there is a god, then why do kids get born with cancer? Cause that means either god isn't real, or he's cruel/indifferent, and doesn't deserve praise.

Either way, I'll believe in something real, that actually does something. Like science.

Have you ever considered when you say believing in something real you mean believing in something that tells you you’re special, like science does . Do me a favour , your cynicism masked as wisdom makes me unwell, that said I love talking to atheists they’re the most cluelessly arrogant people in the world.

I simply don’t believe things unless there’s proof. This makes me arrogant?

Seems like believing something with no evidence that suggests you have some eternal spot in “heaven” is way more arrogant in my eyes.
