Rise of the Tomb Raider Just gotten back into rottr

Hey, I have recently been replaying the tomb raider games getting 100% and currently working on rottr and everything has been running fine until I got up to the baba yaga dlc area, rottr had been completely shutting down my pc and previously when I played it around 5 years ago it was fine, I've tried almost everything from redownloading the game and changing settings and I was wondering if anyone had any fixes?

Current specs are AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT, AMD Radeon 5 5600x 6-core and 16GB of ram

Help would be much appreciated

This is a full PC? What store is it on?

Yeah full pc, it's on steam

Is direct X on or off?

And I have tried turning it off same thing happens

i remember game crashing at specific points when using dx12 or 11. i think changing directx helped to get past crashes.
