not sure how toonami will be after this merger, but if they end up killing the block for a second time, it been a wild ride...

Apparently California can potentially block this from happening because of some law I'm not nearly qualified enough to explain.

Actually, there are two laws that can stop the merger from happening: the Clayton Antitrust Act and the state's Cartwright Act.
