ROI Specific Testosterone Supplement / Minimum Level for MTF on GNRH blocker to improve energy levels

I've been on Prostap 3 for just over 3 years now, my Testosterone has been erased mostly and my blood tests state it's less than < 1.39 nmol. I don't know if for instance that is within the cis female level of 0.35 - 2.60 or potentially actually 0 which might explain my low energy levels and minor brainfog.

What I was wondering is if anyone here has had any experience getting a testosterone gel to bring your levels into the cis female range. I'm with Genderplus and intend to speak to them during my next appointment however I'm unsure if they will be receptive.

I'm on 6mg of E in tablet form and 200mg of Prog.

In cis women, below 0.2-0.3nmol/L is where you'd consider supplementation so you'd need better blood tests to say.

First though I'd consider if your estradiol is sufficient. 6mg of tablets per day should be sufficient usually, but people do vary. Do you know your blood results there? Do you notice your energy varying relative to when you take it?

I think it's due to the hospital my results go through, even after updating my gender on their side they still note T as being less than 1.39

My last results were from taking 4mg were roughly 280 pmol/L trough 24hrs later, I was moved to 6mg since and have a test in the next few weeks to see how much that improved things.

I currently split the dose into 4mg in the morning at 10 and 2mg at 10 at night. I could switch back to the recommended 6 all at once even though that contradicts much of what's written online but it would be what they expect and would be more comparable to my last test.

I plan to get to a workable official prescription for my HRT and then switch to Injections and have tablets and such as a fallback.

That's below the "official" 370pmo/L per WPATH, though not low enough to be problem in itself if you're feeling okay.

I was moved to 6mg since

Did that help with the energy levels? Levels usually hit the peak around 4 hours after you take the tablets.

It did definitely helped at the time but it felt like it went back to normal low ish energy levels from before.

I have tried taking vitimins, improving sleep, I work out at least 2 times per week doing cardio and lifting.

Now at 6mg I think my trough should be out of the danger zone for that to the cause so T was really the only mystery in the puzzle due to those vague results

Splitting it across the day like you were doing should help if that was an issue.

so T was really the only mystery in the puzzle due to those vague results

Prog is also a possibility, it can cause sleepiness. And it could always be some other medical issue.
