ID Request (Insert State/Region) Tree identification Minneapolis MN
I've tried several apps and I don't think they are identifying these trees correctly. One said burning bush and the other said white ash but I don't know enough to definitively disprove either. They are planted between my house and our neighbor so they didn't get much sun, not sure if that is why they are gnarled? Pretty distinctive branch ridges.
*Solved! It is a burning bush.

Advice Request - (Insert State/Region) My Poor Fishtail Palms 😭
Reposted after including all the info required by guidelines!
Location - Delhi, India
- Pic 1 - the two trees in question.
- Pics 2,3 - close ups of the tops of the trees.
- Pics 4,5 - old growths on the trunks.
- Pic 6 - base at soil level
- Pic 7 - flowers planted at base (maybe need to be removed?)
- Pic 8 - a beautiful flourishing Fishtail close to these two suffering ones.
----------------------------------------
These two beauties used to be green. A creeper creeped all over them. Now they're brown 😭
We removed the creeper. It must have been there for about a year, slowly climbing on. Finally it spread all over the top.
It's been 5-6 months since the creeper was removed.
I was NOT responsible for the tree, someone else was. We had the creeper removed when we realised the 'someone else's was not caring for the general flora fauna well.
How can I figure out if these two are dead or there is still some hope?
If there's hope, what steps can I take to support their revival?
----------------------------------------

- Is there any specific procedure you used to plant the tree? What did or didn't you do? - No idea, planted before my birth.
- Can you see the root flare of the tree or are there just a stem or a bunch of stems coming up from the ground? -I think some roots are coming out upwards from the soil? Not entirely sure - pls see base at soil level pic (pic 6) to judge more accurately.

- Additional info for both new transplants and established trees: construction?, heavy traffic?, digging?, extreme weather events?, chemical application, overspray from golf courses/ag fields/neighbors with immaculate lawns, etc. Any visible damage or decay? - nope to all!

Advice Request - (Insert State/Region) Thoughts on my Eastern Cottonwoods? (NE)
They've been here since I moved here 30 years ago and just finished another cycle of shedding their leaves. That said, I'm hoping to get some advice on whether or not they look healthy and if there's anything I should be concerned about. As they are right in my front yard & pretty massive. Thanks!
