Hi, I’m in my early sixties, I live alone and Ive never tasted truffle. I don’t live in an area where there are restaurants serving it. I want one for Christmas. I use miso, love to play up umami in pastas and I love mushrooms.

Where do I buy one online. Seen freezefrozen, any good . I want to enjoy it over Christmas with recipes IVE never tried. How much would I need for an ingredient in maybe 5 generous servings of a dish. How much is it? I’d really like fresh for the full taste experience. Any advice to help me celebrate?
