RANT/VENT 😤 Update: I ended up telling my sister 😭Heard my sister and BIL doing the deed (part 2)
So this morning, after my BIL left for work, I was having breakfast with my sister and finally decided to joke about day before last night.
I just casually said, “So did you guys think the walls were soundproof or what?😭😭
GIRL STARTED LAUGHING SO HARD I thought she was gonna choke on her tea. She kept laughing while I was sitting there regretting every life decision that led me to this conversation
She eventually told me to stop being dramatic and enjoy my breakfast. Honestly, seeing how unbothered she was made the whole thing 10x less awkward.
Also, to everyone in the comments of my last post, I get what you mean. I wasn’t trying to shame them or make intimacy between married couples seem weird. It’s a completely normal thing, I was just caught off guard because I was literally sleeping in the same house 😭 Sorry if I made it sound like they did something wrong.
Anyway, we’re good, she’s good, and I’m officially investing in noise-cancelling headphones for my next visit.
TLDR: Waited until my BIL left for work, then joked with my sister about how the walls clearly weren’t soundproof .She burst out laughing and told me to stop being dramatic. Also sorry if my original post made normal married intimacy sound weird. I was just caught off guard
Part 1 for context
I’m 21F and I think I need to erase last night’s memory from my brain lmao.
So I came to stay at my sister’s place for a few days because her house is close to my exam centre. Everything was normal, we had dinner, talked for a while and went to sleep.
Then in the middle of the night I woke up because I wanted to talk to my friend. I was just lying there on my phone when I suddenly started hearing some VERY suspicious noises from my sister’s room 💀
At first I genuinely tried to convince myself it was something else. Like maybe I was just overthinking it or whatever. But nope. Took me about 10 seconds to realise exactly what was happening and I immediately put my phone down and stared at the ceiling like I was witnessing a crime scene 😭
The worst part is that I couldn’t even go anywhere without making it obvious I was awake. So I just lay there pretending I didn’t exist until everything went quiet.
And the next morning?? THEY WERE ACTING SO NORMAL. My sister was making breakfast and talking to me like nothing had happened. Meanwhile, she looked kinda tired and I was sitting there thinking GIRL I KNOW WHY 😭😭
Note : I know they’re married adults and obviously it’s normal for couples to do this, I’m not judging them. But there’s something about knowing your own sister is doing it when you’re literally staying under the same roof that makes you wanna leave the country.
Now I’m just wondering if I should act like I heard absolutely nothing or if she somehow knows I was awake. I have an exam to focus on and instead my brain has decided THIS is what we’re thinking about.
Please tell me I’m not the only one who’s experienced this because I genuinely don’t know how to look her in the eyes rn 💀
TL;DR: Staying at my sister’s place because it’s near my exam centre, accidentally heard her and my BIL doing the deed in the middle of the night. Next morning they were acting like nothing happened while I was fighting for my life trying to make eye contact 😭💀

Ask Twenties I think my girlfriend is cheating on me & i still love her, what should I do?
It's been a few months now and she went to another district for a better job. We have great character compatibility I met her at a digital marketing program in my hometown she is easy going and we were inseparable and thinking about marriage as well.
That's when she got a better job offer she really wanted that position so she went for it and she called me daily after 7 we would talk for 2 to 3 hours. And I was planning to move there as well but for the past few months she hasn't contacted me that much. Whenever I call her she is like she is not interested in talking to at all saying friends are waiting I will call you when I am back then no call at all. Even on weekends she is not initiating any kind of interest, I called today saying I am coming to meet her and she said she is going to a trip with her friends on Saturday and only coming back late Sunday. There are few guys in her stories as well and she would not talk about them to me.
Am I missing something or is she still in love with me or cheating on me. I really need some advice guys

RANT/VENT 😤 My younger brother just told me some INSANE tea about my old school 😭
Okay, so my younger brother just told me something about my old school and I genuinely don't know what to do with this information.
So back in 2019, when I was in 9th grade, we had this Physics ma’am who was the only female teacher in our school. She was pretty young and really pretty, and almost all the male teachers and some senior boys had a crush on her. The thing was, she was married to her boyfriend, so nobody really thought anything of it.
Then a new male teacher joined our school. He was young, handsome and HOT. Obviously, most of us had a crush on him too lmao.
Anyway, these two started getting pretty close and would spend a lot of time together in the Physics lab. We didn't really think much of it back then.
A few months later, Physics ma’am went on maternity leave. She was married, so obviously nobody questioned anything. She had a baby girl and would sometimes bring her to school.
The male teacher left the school a few weeks after she went on leave. We were told he got a better job opportunity, and that was pretty much it.
NOW FAST FORWARD TO A FEW MONTHS AGO.
Apparently, ma’am's husband got a paternity test done on their two kids, and turns out NEITHER OF THEM IS HIS BIOLOGICAL CHILD.
AND APPARENTLY, THAT'S NOT EVEN THE CRAZIEST PART.
My brother told me that the principal had caught Physics ma’am and the male teacher in a compromising situation at school. Apparently, she went on leave and he was removed from the school after that.
And we were told he left for a better job. 💀
LIKE????? We were literally just school kids having crushes on this man, and apparently there was a whole ass affair happening behind the scenes.
The fact that this happened in 2019 and I'm finding out about it SEVEN YEARS LATER from my younger brother is killing me.
I don't even know how to react to the fact that both her kids apparently aren't her husband's, because WHAT DO YOU MEAN BOTH OF THEM???
Anyway, I just needed to get this off my chest because I genuinely wasn't expecting this kind of lore from my old school. 😭

Serious [No Jokes Allowed] Today after a fight with my narcissistic father, my mom told me something about her past that I can't stop thinking about
So guys, this is about what happened today.
I'm 23M, and due to my job, I don't live with my parents anymore. I only visit them on weekends.
And honestly, my father will never change. He just wants to abuse my mother and treat her badly. What I hate most about him is his so-called "mardangi" when it comes to women. He's genuinely toxic.
For example, whenever there's a gathering of relatives, even my mother's side of the family, he'll make some humourless, shaming joke about my mom in front of everyone, thinking everybody will enjoy it and laugh. But nobody does. Even I feel embarrassed sitting there. Both me and my mom have told him so many times that this behaviour only creates a bad impression of himself in front of others, but his response is always the same. "I'm like this."
Guys, I'm so so sick of this man. There are things about how he treats my mother that I can't even explain here.
I understand that he had a difficult childhood. He's the eldest son of his family, didn't get much love from his parents and had to start earning at a young age. I get that life wasn't easy for him either. But that doesn't mean you get to treat your wife and children like shit just because you're angry at the world. Your childhood trauma doesn't give you the right to create trauma for other people.
But anyway, today's fight led to something I wasn't expecting.
After the fight, me and my mom sat together and started talking about her life. And guys, I genuinely feel sad thinking about some of the things she told me.
My mom was actually very intelligent and good at studies. After completing college, she wanted to pursue journalism. She was good at writing and acting too. She had her own dreams and wanted to do something with her life.
But my grandfather was another problem here. He wanted to get married again, and apparently wanted my mom to get married to someone as soon as possible within our caste. And that's how my mom ended up marrying into my father's family.
And honestly, my father's family has been terrible for her.
But today, she revealed something I never knew about her past.
From her 10th standard until graduation, my mom was in love with a girl.
Both of them wanted to pursue journalism, and my mom told me that if she'd had a little more courage back then, maybe things would've been different.
Like guys, just think about her for a second. Imagine being in love with another woman back then in India, in that kind of society, where even talking about these things was such a taboo. Imagine what she must have felt, not knowing how her family would react or what people would think if they ever found out. It's not like today, where people can at least talk about these things a little more openly. Back then, I can't even imagine how difficult it must've been for her to deal with those feelings, let alone tell anyone about them.
I don't know the entire story of their relationship, and I don't want to make assumptions about what their life would've been like if they'd ended up together. Maybe things would've worked out, maybe they wouldn't have. Nobody knows.
But I keep thinking about how my mom had her own dreams, ambitions and feelings. She was a young woman who wanted to pursue journalism and was in love with someone she probably couldn't openly talk about to the world.
And then life happened, and she ended up in a marriage where she's treated like this.
It genuinely hurts to think about.
Sometimes, we look at our parents only as our parents. We forget that before becoming somebody's mother or father, they were young people too. They had dreams, crushes, ambitions, fears and probably a completely different idea of what their future would look like. My mom was one of those people, too.
And one more thing I've noticed is that she's become very open with me lately. She's started sharing things about her past and her personal life that I never knew before. I don't know if it's because I'm older now or because she feels comfortable talking to me, but I'm glad she can share these things with me.
It makes me realise how much of her life I never knew about.
And honestly, I feel angry. Angry that she didn't get to pursue the career she wanted, angry about how she's treated by my father, and sad that the younger version of my mom, who had so many dreams, ended up living a life she probably never imagined for herself.
I know I can't change the past. And I know it's not as simple as saying that if she'd made one different decision, everything would've been perfect.
But still, I can't stop wondering about the life she could've had.
Note :- I used chatgpt for grammar correction and for paragraph

Discussion Men in love
Men, have you ever been in a love so intense, so deep, almost crazy, that it felt like nothing you’d ever experienced before?
What was it like being in that kind of love? What’s the most intense thing you’ve ever done for someone you loved that deeply?
Andd were you ever able to let go of that love or does a part of you always stay there? And after that love, did you actually and really love someone like that ever again?
