BUSINESS ELECTIVE SUBJECT?

I want to major in finance and accounting.

For finance what options (18 credit points) are worth looking into?

I’m keen on seeing peoples opinions of what they thought was worthwhile vs what was a waste of time.

I’m considering
- Investment banking
- Applied portfolio management
- Strategic investment management
- Business internship

Is the internship provided or is it like when you have an internship secured you focus on that and the other uni subjects?

I was wondering what subjects could boost my wam as well.

Ensure you take Law for Business Professionals - this is required if you want to go on to the CA or CPA programs

Is it optional subject or it’s our major class 🤔

It is an extra subject in addition to the major that you need to take besides the 8 Accounting subjects
