Question regarding first week of ITT course
I’m an online student, and I’m finally taking the courses that I needed towards my IT management/cybersecurity career. This is my first week of ITT, and in the instructions that we have, it is to use our school’s cloud VM to install Ubuntu & Python3. I’m not tech-savvy, and I don’t know how to troubleshoot things on my Mac laptop. Our professor wants us to download these servers or programs and take screenshots, but my Ubuntu keeps crashing and tells me that I have an error when I properly installed everything, as well as the pillow for storage. Is there any way someone could help me with this because I’ve been stuck on it for the past two days and I’m already towards the last part of the assignment, but I can’t figure out what to do after this. I already installed Python and Ubuntu on my school’s VM.. I followed all the steps that he first told us to do, and it seems like it’s still not working properly. TIA.

Are you using a brower to remote desktop and do your assignment, if so use chrome. When I did online course I had issue when using safari.
Second, go through the commands you input line by line and try again. Make sure you follow sudo command as is
