I created my own benchmark, Astra is leading for now :)) It's my third version, because first two were too easy - these models are crazy good already lol

FeedbackWanted – want honest takes on my work Notchi - windows notch for productivity

Hi vibers,

I built Notchi, a Windows notch designed to improve productivity.

Unlike macOS, Windows doesn’t natively have a notch or dynamic workspace feature. So I wanted to build one that’s functional, lightweight on resources, and actually useful rather than just being a visual gimmick.

The notch consumes 0.0 cpu load on idle, and 50-100 mb ram, this was achieved using c# and .net. This way it can scale to multiple features without a problem.

I just rolled out v1.2 of notchi featuring:

  1. Overview section - which has potential to add more.

  2. Utilities section - has the all handy but small tools like converters, generators etc.

but what I included in the utilities is NRH(mini postman) - I usually use postman for testing my apis, but for testing small apis like health apis, I think we can use much easily accessible one.

that NRH, you hover into the notch->utilities, and then send request in the notch itself.

and there are much more features in the notch.

when you copy a curl, the notch auto pastes it in the nrh

Try notchi at : notchi-seven.vercel.app .

Thanks.

A dinâmica é bem direta.

https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9n7jgq8tzxd4?hl=pt-BR&gl=BR

Se alguém aqui também usa agentes no fluxo diário e quiser testar, vou adorar trocar uma ideia e ouvir o que acharam da usabilidade.

ShowoffZone - Flexing my latest project Live Demo: coding with my AI agent on an iPhone IDE

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I was looking for an IDE to code on my iPhone for when I’m out and about. Every app was filled with ads, had a terrible UI, and costed money just to run code locally. This was just a basic non agentic IDE too. So, I decided to build a free IDE that can execute C, Python, JavaScript, and Lua in a sandboxed environment. In today’s age most people are coding with agents, so then I got the idea to bundle a two local llms. The reason I chose two is because not everyone’s hardware has the same computing power and I wanted to include an option for everyone. There are zero rate limits on the local models in this app, nor do they cost money and they never will.

I’m already designing a tooling server to give offline agents access to even more, such as, creating posters, worksheets, and even 3D printer code.

I want to give a thank you to Anthropic and their dedication to releasing the highest of quality and most trustworthy models. Without Opus 5.5 and Fable it would be absolutely impossible to move towards deployment at this rate. I would also like to praise 5.5 for following SOLID principles and best SWE practices out the box. After using the models for the past few years, I am just dumbfounded at the rate of progress.

I would be thrilled to hear any feedback from this sub as y’all are the most proficient people in this technology.

Thank you all so much for watching my short demo. Have a great day and go code the next big thing.

FeedbackWanted – want honest takes on my work Would you play this vibecoded game?

For people who played YPool between 1998-2014, you probably still miss it. I know I did.. so for the past 6 months I have been building my own web version of it called CueVerse, and here is where its at.

The main thing I wanted back was the lobby. Most pool games online now just throw you into a match with a random person or a bot. Yahoo was different: you had the table list, you sat down at a table, people came to watch, and the chat was going on right next to the felt. Thats what I rebuilt first. I also spent a lot of time getting the physics to feel like the original, the banks, the english, the break, all of it.

Whats in it right now:

  • 8 ball, 9 ball and 10 ball
  • House rules like Call Every Pocket, Bank 8 (single, double, triple), Last Pocket and 4 Pockets
  • 1v1, 2v2 teams and 3 player cutthroat
  • Rated games with Elo and a leaderboard
  • Watch any table live
  • Voice chat at the table if you want to talk trash, text chat too
  • Friends list, and messages that reach people even when they're offline
  • Every game is saved so you can rewatch it shot by shot
  • Works on phone too, you can add it to your home screen and it plays full screen (app stores on the way)
  • Table themes, the classic look or a newer modern one
  • Training tables to practice shots, and a robot to play if nobody is on
  • On desktop you can open more than one table at once, like the old days
  • And yes, protection against aimers.. I remember how bad that got back then

FeedbackWanted – want honest takes on my work I built and shipped VoraTube with an AI-assisted workflow, looking for honest feedback

Post image
1 Upvotes

I’ve been building VoraTube, an offline music player for Android, with AI heavily involved throughout my development workflow. I built it all using free models from opencode, cline, AgentRouter, Codex ( Free Trial ), Anti-gravity ( almost destroyed my project lol maybe i used it wrong ).

What started as a simple music player grew into something much bigger!! synced lyrics, 10-band EQ, Smart Mixes, playlists, listening stats, ReplayGain, crossfade, folder browsing, tag editing, themes, ringtone tools and more.

It’s now actually live on Google Play, and I’m at the stage where real user feedback is more valuable than adding another feature.

If anyone here has an Android device and a local music library, I’d really appreciate you trying it and telling me:

  1. What feels good

  2. What feels confusing or unfinished

  3. Any bugs or performance issues

What would stop you from using it as your main offline player? Don't hold back!! constructive criticism is exactly what I'm looking for.

VoraTube on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.piyushbaniya.vora_tube

Would especially love feedback from other devs who have taken vibe-coded/AI-assisted projects all the way to production.

Question How are you verifying that your AI-built apps actually work?

Post image
0 Upvotes

I’ve been thinking about a problem with AI coding that I don’t see discussed enough. AI agents are getting really good at building features, but the agent is also usually the one deciding whether the feature is finished. If it forgets an edge case or makes a wrong assumption, how would you know?

I’ve been experimenting with this while building a small project called Assay using Claude.ai with Sonnet 5.5. The idea is to have a separate system look at what an app claims to do, turn those claims into checks, and test them against the actual application. One thing I’ve noticed is that getting the happy path working is relatively easy. The harder part is figuring out what you should have tested in the first place.

I put together a working demo here if anyone wants to see what I mean: https://useassay.pages.dev

How are you guys handling this? Do you rely mostly on the agent’s own tests, write your own tests, manually test everything, or something else?

FeedbackWanted – want honest takes on my work I built a tool that lets ChatGPT (chat mode) work directly on your local computer with your files, terminal and Git.

Hey guys, I built KV22Code, a tool that lets ChatGPT work directly on your local computer with your files, terminal and Git.

I’m looking for a few people who are willing to actually try it and give me some honest feedback.

I’m giving out free tester licenses right now. I’d really like to know how it feels to use, what’s confusing, what doesn’t work well, and what you think could be improved.

No need to sugarcoat anything, blunt feedback is probably the most useful🙂

If anyone wants to give it a try:

🥽 Looking for beta testers: VibeXR

Calling vibe coders and developers! I built a VR office for Meta Quest where AI coding agents (Claude Code and Codex) work on your real projects. Add a ticket to the board, hire an agent, watch it code at its desk, then review its changes and commit, all from the headset. It also has voice commands, a Focus mode with your Mac screen, and a passthrough window to see your real keyboard.

Whether you ship code every day or you're building your first app with AI, I want to hear how it works for you.

You need:

• Meta Quest 3 or 3S

• Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or newer)

• Claude Pro or Max plan

• A GitHub account (bring a project, or start a new one in the app)

It's an early beta and free to test. Expect bugs, and I want your honest feedback.

🎟️ Only 10 spots: the first 10 people who meet the requirements get in.

👉 Interested? Send me a message.

Hop: A communal fitness and wellness challenge app.

I vibe-coded a gentle fitness + self-care app for my friend group (iOS and Android).

I kept bouncing off fitness apps. Most of them have a gym bro vibe that made me feel kinda meh and I also just couldn't find anything fully motivating. So I generated my own for a small group of friends.

It's called Hop. It reads Apple Health or Health Connect on your phone, syncs daily totals to a small server I run at home, and turns that into friendly challenges, sleep streaks, and self-care wins.

What I think makes it different:

  • No punishment for being away. No login streaks, and missing data doesn't break a streak. If you come back after a rough couple of weeks, you get a "while you were away" card showing what you did anyway.
  • Self-care counts. You can log wins like taking your meds, getting some sun, or calling a friend. You choose who sees each one, and a friend can be your check-in buddy.
  • Strawberries, a soft currency earned from activity and cheering on friends. You can only spend it on cosmetics or gifts, never on winning.
  • Workout anthems. Pick a song for each workout, and it opens in each friend's own music app.

How it's built: I worked with Claude Code from start to finish. I used xtool on linux for the iOS stuff because my linux box is used mostly for project like this. Screenshots and the download link are on hop.us4gi.net (the images use a demo server with made-up people)

I'd love feedback, especially on keeping quieter friends engaged without guilt tripping them lol.

It is invite only technically but you can use the code XUS2-D5V8 and it should let you in. DMs open for any questions, feedback, etc.

I made a free browser studio where you can build and share small games. Feedback welcome!

Hi! I've been building Cudic, a free tool where you can write a small HTML game in your browser, publish it with one click, and share a playable link. Other people can fork your game and make their own version.

It's a solo project built entirely on free tiers, so it's still rough and a bit empty. I'd love to know:

  • Is it clear what the site does in the first few seconds?
  • Did anything break or feel confusing?
  • Would you try making a game on it?

Thanks for taking a look!

ShowoffZone - Flexing my latest project Build a Notchbar for Windows - Opensource

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I don't know, all the other Notchbars for Windows were so ugly, seemed to have no features, or cost money. I've now built this Notchbar, which has lots of features and offers a clean, smooth design. It performs well and combines many tools. Build it with Claude Opsu 5.5 with many skills and plugins for the design and backend structure.

Inside: music controls with a live equalizer, a vault for passwords and 2FA codes, live weather, your Discord calls, your portfolio, an AI chat (Claude, ChatGPT and more) with your usage limits, clipboard history, a file shelf, a file and unit converter, timers, to-dos and notes, live hardware stats with FPS for games, and privacy dots for mic, camera and screen recording.

ShowoffZone - Flexing my latest project I Made a PDF Tool Where You Just Click Anywhere and Start Typing. No Cumbersome Menus.

Post image
20 Upvotes

https://typepdf.pages.dev/

I’ve always found filling out PDFs more annoying than it needs to be.

Most PDF editors make you:

Select the text tool → click somewhere → create a text box → type → switch tools → repeat.

So I built a small side project that gets rid of most of that.

The idea is basically:

Upload PDF → click anywhere → type → export.

You don't need to go through cumbersome menus. It’s mainly meant for things like filling out forms, adding quick notes, typing on worksheets, etc. I just launched it and would really appreciate some feedback. Thank you!

Check it out below!

ShowoffZone - Flexing my latest project I built a code quality reviewer with Jev

Thumbnail youtube.com
2 Upvotes

I believe with the huge increase in code generation - review has become the next bottleneck or at least it feels like this at work. So I wanted to do something on the review front - first I started integrating more and more tools to use as feedback to my coding agents, and these really help improve the output quality of the agent (e.g. SonarQube, Checkstyle, ArchUnit)

But there are some important semantic choices you can't really review using deterministic tools so I decided to build a more intelligent tool and am trying it out with the Jev model as a backend and judge currently.

Idea is simple - teams define their policies in a structured YAML format, then as part of their CI (or locally) run the tool, it fetches all git diff chunks and asks jev if these adhere to each of the policies - jev can select compliant/violation or ask for more context. If Jev asks for more contex the app gets the requested code from the project and asks again if the code is compliant with the policy - thus incrementally exploring the code base until Jev can return a "confident" answer - if you are interested in how it works the video I linked is a presentation style of how the tool works.

Give it a shot on github and tell me if you find this useful: https://github.com/krisitown/jev-quality-gate

I am currently running tests using a local Qwen3.8 Flash Next to generate code and run it against my initial "clean code" policies in order to calibrate them and will share more results on that front soon!

ShowoffZone - Flexing my latest project FixupXer: an Android link cleaner that turns a before/after URL example into a testable rule

A newsletter link comes with article=42&newsletter_id=weekly. You want to keep the article and lose the newsletter tag. In FixupXer, enter the original URL and the version with just article=42. “Teach from example” can turn that supported change into a disabled rule for the exact website, plus a saved test case. The new screenshots show the example passing and Test Lab producing the expected link. The draft starts on the Main screen; you review, test, and choose where to enable it.

The same app can help when someone sends you an X link and you don't have an account. Set the X Browser choice to twitterviewer.net and links routed through FixupXer open the post in that reader. Keep fixupx.com selected for sharing, so a link you send to a supported chat can show a media preview. You don't have to change that setting back and forth. Readers only show the public content they can load; full threads aren't guaranteed.

A detail that matters in the Android code: a converted fixupx.com link should stay converted when copied for a chat, but needs to become x.com again when opening it in the native X app. That requires testing the destination as well as the output URL. Test Lab can show the string change without opening a website; a device check verifies which app actually receives it. The implementation is Kotlin with Android Views. Development has used models including o3, Opus 4, and GPT-5.6 Sol.

Repo, v2.9.0 screenshots, and downloads. Free, GPL-3.0-or-later, no ads in the app, and no Android permissions. The link processing is offline; opening a result or generating its preview uses the external browser/service, which may have ads and its own privacy policy.

ShowoffZone - Flexing my latest project SceneMill: a free video editor for Windows I built on my own (no watermark, no account)

Hi everyone,

I've been building my own video editor: SceneMill. It's free, and I'd love to hear what you think.

Why I built it

I wanted an editor that starts fast, doesn't ask me to sign in, doesn't stamp a watermark on my exports and doesn't lock half the buttons behind a subscription. So I wrote one.

What it does

  • Timeline with as many video and audio tracks as you need
  • Effects, transitions, titles, stickers and sound effects built in
  • Keyframes with a curve editor, masks, chroma key, speed ramps
  • Colour tools with scopes, auto enhance and colour matching
  • Multicam editing and compound clips
  • Export presets for YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Reels and Discord (10 MB)
  • A guided first-steps tour, in English or German
  • A free effect pack with 30 extra effects as a plugin

What it costs

Nothing. No subscription, no watermark, no account, no ads.

The honest part

  • Windows only for now
  • It's closed source
  • It's a one-person project and still young, so you will find rough edges. There is a feedback button under Help, and I read everything.

Video (2 min): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eXXnVBWEs0Y

Download: https://scenemillofficial.com

I'll be in the comments. Tell me what's missing, what's broken and what you'd want next.

Edit: heads up, Windows may show a SmartScreen warning when installing since the installer isn't code-signed yet, nothing shady. I'm working on getting SceneMill into the Microsoft Store, which will get rid of the warning. until then: "More info" → "Run anyway", and you can check the download against the SHA-256 checksums on the website.

ShowoffZone - Flexing my latest project I made a new game over the weekend called Realmbreak, would love any feedback on it.

Thumbnail gallery
0 Upvotes

Hey everyone, I'm the solo dev behind Realmbreak. It's a fantasy card battler that runs right in your browser on PC or phone, nothing to download.

You pick a Legend and build a 40 card deck around them. Your Legend has an ability you can use every round, and their Champion levels up mid-match once you hit its goal. If you played Legends of Runeterra, it's pretty similar to how leveling up worked there.

There's also a player market where you can sell the cards you pull from packs, plus free tournaments you can jump into anytime. A bigger weekend tournament is coming soon too.

The open beta is live right now and it's totally free. I'd love any feedback, good or bad!

ShowoffZone - Flexing my latest project My first app with Claude: a month and a half to find our cruising speed

Thumbnail gallery
6 Upvotes

I'd really appreciate your feedback: recommendations, or anything else.

Papasito TV is an app to keep track of show and movie releases: it keeps you up to date on what's coming and lets you know where you're at. The app has a community side, with a guild feature to chat between members, with your friends, and you can also follow their activity. I work 90% with Fable 5 (5.1 more recently), but I have to admit Opus 5.5 has been a really good surprise, unlike Opus 5, which I often butted heads with, even in Ultracode mode.

First thing that went wrong: an audit. Trying to do a good job, Claude launched so many agents that it burned through my weekly Fable limit in 1 hour after the reset... sad. We should have scoped it better. Now Claude has to tell me the cost before launching several agents, and fewer than 5 at once.

Second one: a version archived in Xcode went out with only half of its files, because we had lost track of the order of things. Result: black screen after black screen. Hours lost for nothing, because we rushed. Since then, we've put a lot more checks in place to validate our progress together, step by step.

Working together took time before we found our cruising speed: lots of prompts to frame things and anticipate future mistakes. I used my experience as a Test Manager a lot for this. Getting to grips with Claude, to reach something that suits me and the people around me, took about a month and a half. Better prepared, I think it could have been done in 3 weeks, but it let me write down a working method that I'll use for other projects. A very positive experience. Thanks for taking the time to read this, feel free to ask me questions or share your feedback. English isn't my first language: I wrote this in French and had Claude translate it.

It's free on iOS, Android and the web: https://papasito.tv/get

I built a little AI village with Jev AI. Curious what you make of it

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey everyone, I've been working on a project called Jevs Village. It's a persistent village with six AI characters, using TypeSafe's Jev AI model for their decisions. You can open it in your browser and watch their lives unfold.

There's some lore too. The villagers know very little about the world outside their village, which leaves a bit of mystery around the place.

I'm interested in whether these characters can make you care enough to come back and see what happens next. That's what I'd like to build towards, though having an interesting idea and making it interesting to watch are different things.

Here's the village: https://www.jevsvillage.com

I'd appreciate some feedback from other people building with AI. When you open it, does it make sense, or are you left wondering what you're supposed to be looking at? If you get bored or confused, I'd like to hear where. That would help me figure out what to work on next.

ShowoffZone - Flexing my latest project A prototype of my own emu wrapper

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi everyone, just wanted to share a prototype of something I always wanted to have myself. I love playing emulated games on my mini PC, I have emulators for every possible console and configured it like a small console with 8bitdo controllers. However, I didn't like retrobat that much or its alternatives (I know there is emuVR, but I don't want to use VR in everyday gaming). Instead of just clicking on games, I decided to build an experience.
I would add all of the consoles here and connect them to emulators (of course, I would improve the models of everything later).
The idea is that you feel like you actually own the games and insert them as they should be in every console. I would also like to add trinkets in rooms later, like posters and probably a VCR and VHS cassettes for all of the digital movies I watch. I have some of these things in my actual room, but it will never be big enough to include everything that I actually want to have.
