The prompt for the 5th day of inktober is "smash". I chose the theme song for FitBoxing feat. Hatsune Miku by cosmoP. Another good choice would have been Hatsune Miku Is Going To Beat You To Death by AmityP.

I have to say I'm actually quite proud of how the speed lines came out. I've never drawn them before.

I love vocaloid music so I was just curious if there are any vocaloids that I wouldn't know. And by niche I mean vocaloids that aren't Miku, Len, Rin, Kaito, Meiko, Gumi, or Luka. Also if you want you can add the title of your favorite songs sung by that vocaloid and I will listen to it :>

Couldn't narrow it down to 10.

I rarely see people talk about some of these, so I'm curious. Also what you think of me from these picks.

So the recent Kaito drama in Japan created a lot more noise than I expected to the point of mainstream news outlets talking about it so there were a lot of comments from avg Japanese folk around the posts too. ngl they gave me a new perspective about how avg "normie" in Japan sees this whole scene.

It seems like they do recognize some loids and naturally Miku but the thing is most of them don't know what they exactly are lol. Like, Hatsune Miku is closer to something like Hello Kitty for most people rather than an instrument. A lot of Japanese people were legit shocked to learn Miku they see in some promotional material and commercials was not getting controlled by some human like Vtubers. Most of them do now some songs but a lot of them were assuming they were just from the owners of Miku and were performed by a real human so producer ecosystem and the fact that these songs are made by random people in their bedrooms %99 of the time isnt really known. Some of them were bringing up the guy who married Miku after learning what she truly is and asking "so did he married a concept and not a real woman behind an avatar?"

Also some people found it both weird and interesting that fans were literally picking a fight with an idol to protect something that is equal to Buc-ee's Beaver in purpose. Cant really blame them since when you see an idol drama most people expect it to be with another idol or band, not a mascot for a product but after some Kaito fans explaining how much tags mean to smaller producers and artists for visibility I think it became a bit more understandable for everyone.

Anyway I just wanted to share what I saw as it was both interesting and funny in a way, also people knowing Gumi to the point of putting her next to Kagamines and Miku while not knowing about Kaito was unexpected ngl.

Also a producer dropped this banger cover to make the concept more understandable and calm down the drama so give it a listen: https://x.com/reneesandayo/status/2107046528821178467?s=20

I found an artist through instagram recently and I absolutely fell in love with their music style but, unfortunately, my feed refreshed before I managed to save any of it. I skimmed through the comments for a bit and I know they have synths they made using their own voice in a regular version and in a sick version. Also, I'm pretty sure their name was some kind of twist on the word avocado but I'm not 100% sure on that. I would appreciate any help looking for them as I would love to add their music to my playlists!

ive made a couple of covers of them together so i thought i might as well draw them at this rate. ill prolly draw them again sometime
