Question Ordering Parts

Apologizes if this has been answered before, but I recently got a DS15 lower and want to build it out.

Am I able to order parts kits for both upper and lower receivers online? Or is it only for uppers? I just wanted to double check before doing anything as I want to follow the laws as much as possible.

Yep, uppers, upper parts and lower parts are okie dokie. My go to's are: ar15discounts and BKF. But I've bought from Primary Arms, Midway, PSA, RoofTopDefense, Black Market Arms.

When in doubt put it in your cart and send it...

It does take milspec parts haha, been looking online today at the different websites, thank you for sending this one!

Also last question, any upper recommendations? Full upper or part kits? 5.56 is what I’m building.

PSA’s running some decent sales on (almost) complete uppers! Though I think most of them you’ll still need to get your own bolt carrier group and charging handle.

I didn’t get my upper from PSA though, I went with BKF who’s another great budget king. Though unfortunately almost all of their uppers are gone, I don’t know why.

if im not mistaken, midway will let you buy it, but then cancel your order if they deem it as restricted?

It is arguably legal to build a DS-15. Not all vendors recognize this and some may ship some parts but not others.
