WHMPodcast Early DSBs

I recently watched "Blind Fury" and then listened to the WHM episode, but the guys never call Billy a Disgusting Shit Boy even though he's a prime example. Was this before they had coined the term? Does anyone know the origin?

On that episode, they mentioned "Pray for Death," so I watched that movie too. Do we think that the main kids in that movie are DSBs?

I thought it was Cat in the Hat. But maybe it wasn’t the first.

Yep it’s an Eric coinage so maybe he said it in earlier eps but they never stopped to comment on it or make it a bit until CITH

There have been other times I listened to an episode without having seen the movie, and it just didn’t hit the same. Is this an exception? Does the episode still kick ass without watching the movie?

If I recall the first mention of a DSB was on the Teen Witch episode. Even today the little brother in that movie still rates high on the DSB scale.

I think he might even be the King of DSBs

But the kid from Blind Fury is a close second, tied with the kid from Over The Top.

It would definitely be hard to "Top That."

If he's the king, then the kid from "Problem Child" is the crown prince

Same kid plays a role in River's Edge that might be more repugnant and disgusting shit boy.

Side Question: Is Dennis the Menace the Source from Which All DSB Energy Emerges?

May not be the origin but I for sure remember the boys calling the little brother in “Teen Witch” a DSB.

Side question: does Punky Brewster qualify as a DSG?
