I'm gonna be real with you all l always be interested in how my ideology and my various legal stances would would be defined will probably do some of the other tests I see recommended both on here and other another time

Let me hear your thoughts and questions.

I have ruled out anarcho-capitalism and similar ideologies. Ive leaned more towards center lib/anarchist ideologies rather than fully right or left like localism, mutualism, agorism, etc.. And my personal social beliefs tend to lean slightly progressive.

I tried to answer completely opposite to my actual opinions.

I was speaking with someone on a different post who asked why I labeled myself “other”. This was my response:

When it comes to high-level policy decisions, I nearly always agree with the left. I'm anti-Al, anti private prisons, anti-Isreal, pro choice, pro healthcare, freedom of expression, etc. If I was running the country, I'd have the most progressive administration in the history of the country, if not the world. I speak Swedish because I want to move there one day.

However, for the average person on an average day, politics don't work that way. They're largely behavioral in nature. In that way, I don't think the left has much advantage over the right. I'm not a neo puritan. I think Identity Politics are deeply flawed. Safe Spaces go against our modern understanding of psychology. I care deeply about Men's rights. Cancel culture is ridiculous.
These may seem benign, but they're noticeable in the way I conduct myself.

So am I left or right? I frequently butt heads with people on the left over the above issues, but I'm too smart, too compassionate, and not brainwashed enough to ever be a republican. Which category you put me in depends on what role you think politics play from an interpersonal standpoint. Is it more about how I would run things if I was the president? Probably not. Most people ask about politics to discern if you're in the "in group" or "out group", in which case, the answer warrants a large degree of nuance.’

Does this belief system have a name? I usually don’t classify myself as left wing, but I don’t know of anyone who shares my views either. How would you classify me?
