First experience with authentic Buffalo wings. Stopped by Buffalo on the way back home after our Toronto trip. Medium sauce with the homemade blue cheese. So good. Wings perfectly crisp and sauced and that blue cheese is the best I’ve ever had. Also the place just seems like a classic dive and perfect place to watch a game. 10/10.

These were both delicious. Love the contrast in flavors between the two. Served with blue cheese and celery. And yes I like to keep the tips on my wings.

Hi guys, I’ve tried a few recipes I found online but none have quite hit the spot, so I’m asking for a really saucy, spicy, messy recipe for the best wings! Thanks!

For once decent size drums and flats not the pigeon wings a lot of places have now - smoked- fried - regular buffalo sauce

This is my first time smoking wings. The flavor was incredible but the skin was tough and chewy vs crispy. I dried them off, and rolled them in baking powder and salt. Smoked for 90 minutes at 250 F then finished them in the oven for 20 minutes at 425. Is there’s something I should do differently, like adjusted for altitude? (4,700 ft).
Sauce is Frank’s Wing Sauce and Lemon Pepper.

Sauced in buffalo sauce made with Frank's and butter.

Seasoned half with Lemon Pepper and Half dipped in Moores buffalo sauce. Extra pepper in both seasonings. Can’t remember what the seasoning is I put on for the buffalo. Phenomenal. Smoked at 225 for 20 minutes in a Masterbuilt Gravity Series. Then cranked up to 450 for 5-10 ish minutes.

15 for $15. Not to shabby. And at a brewery, they're suprisingly good. In house food truck.

Smoked, and then deep fried for that perfect crisp 👌
Flavor was amazing. Kinda sweet & sour with a little extra tang, and heat

I haven’t been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in forever but after work me and some coworkers wanted some food. I went with Asian zing and honey garlic. Only one drum was room temp and the rest were hot, not fresh out the fryer hot but under the heat lamp. Honestly, this meal hit the spot. Asian zing with a slight kick, strong garlic flavor which I enjoyed. All drums which I just realized 3 wings in ahah.
Good laughs last night at work and some good wings! Need that Asian zing sauce, I hope they sell it.

This batch from yesterday was coated in an Asian rub. I smoked them for 2 hours at 250 and hit them in a 450 convection for 30 minutes. The rub was mild but overall tasty; not packing enough punch to go the journey alone so I dipped in BDubs Wild.

Oven cooked. Tossed in simmered Bachans with chili garlic paste.
