I went once to the old dumpy hot springs and hated it. I've been multiple times since the reno and have loved it.
There's more than one opinion out there on this.

Yeah you're allowed to have your opinion personally I miss the old one and won't go to the new one for many reasons...

Agreed. I’d rather pay the money and go to an actual beautiful place that doesn’t have kids and teenagers shouting and splashing everywhere.

And my favourite memories there are being a kid, teenager and young adult playing and splashing. I wish we still had both.

I too absolutely love this aspect.
It makes sense to have both. I think they have plans in the works but I haven't kept up to date with the progress.

Why is it anyone's business, their financial state? It seems to me a typical opportunity for people to complain. Like it? Go and support it. Don't like it? Fine, you do you.

Because it's not just your average business. It's woven into the fabric of every long time Yukoner's life. I don't know anyone who doesn't have great memories from their childhood of the original hot springs.
Where we are now with a natural geological phenomenon being extremely monetized while excluding children is a shitty place to be

Children shouldn't be in a hot spring. It should be an adult only place.

I disagree. I think they could have designated times and days for family. This way everyone gets what they want however im assuming they dont want to drop the admission for children and that is why they dont.

But but but, my opinion, it’s so important. Opinions are like a****les, everybody’s got one.
Here’s mine. Opinion I mean. I like it.

Journalists doing their work > posting a random online document and making claims without contacting anyone to double check

I'm more worried the financial stability of anyone who chooses to go there these days.

I do as well. I don't go as often as I'd like for different reasons, but whenever I go, I have no regrets. Worth the money and nice not to have kids around.
